The Membership Journey

Book a Taster Session

We welcome prospective members to attend two taster sessions at the Barden Track. This ensures our training groups are a good fit for your goals before you sign up.

Digital Registration

Once you are ready to join, our membership team will send you a digital form to collect athlete details and medical info for your England Athletics profile.

Payment & Kit

After your application is approved, we will provide payment details. Once paid, you can purchase your official club vest and begin competing for the team.

Membership Q&A

Payments are primarily handled via Bank Transfer (BACS). Once your application is processed, you will receive our club bank details and a unique reference code to ensure your payment is assigned to the correct athlete.

Our membership year runs from 1st April to 31st March, aligning with the England Athletics competitive season. Renewal notices are sent out via email in March each year.

Yes. Our annual membership fee covers both your club membership and your compulsory England Athletics registration fee, which allows you to compete in licensed events at a discounted rate.

Standard comfortable sportswear and trainers are perfect. As you progress into specific training groups (like hurdles or sprints), your coaches will advise if you need specialist footwear like spikes.
